Cell Md Serum

Serum Triglyceride Quantification Kit (Colorimetric)

STA-396 100 assays
EUR 706.8
Description: Cell Biolabs? Serum Triglyceride Quantification Kits measure triglyceride concentrations in serum, plasma, and lysates by a coupled enzymatic reaction system.  First, lipase hydrolyzes the triglyceride ester bond, yielding glycerol.  The free glycerol is then phosphorylated and oxidized, producing hydrogen peroxide which reacts with the kit?s probe.

Cell Serum Laboratories manufactures the cell md serum reagents distributed by Genprice. The Cell Md Serum reagent is RUO (Research Use Only) to test human serum or cell culture lab samples. To purchase these products, for the MSDS, Data Sheet, protocol, storage conditions/temperature or for the concentration, please contact Cell Serum. Other Cell products are available in stock. MD-2 Antibody [9F1B1]

PM-4845-002mg 0.02 mg
EUR 206.18
Description: MD-2 Monoclonal Antibody: MD-2 is a member of the Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) family, a group of proteins that include the Toll-like receptors (TLRs). TLRs are signaling molecules that recognize different pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. TLR4, the major signaling receptor for lipopolysaccharide (LPS), requires the binding of MD-2 to its extracellular region for maximal response to LPS. The specificity of this response is determined by the species of MD-2; e.g., human MD-2 transfected into mouse cells can cause mouse TLR4 to react to LPS analogs that are normally antagonistic to human but not mouse TLR4.
